Here you will find the service kits for Rock Shox forks.

Service kits have changed over time and depending on the fork in their composition. Earlier it was often separated in damping and suspension, from 2009 about was mostly summarized. With the introduction of Basic and Full Serivce Kits in 2012, dust wipers, foam rings and, if necessary, oil seals were added. As of 2017, the service kits of new Rock Shox products will be named after service time intervals.

Basic service kits contain all seals and parts that are subject to wear (eg dust wipers, air piston seals, piston seal rings) and are therefore completely sufficient for the small service. Full / 200h also contain seals and small parts that are normally not subject to wear (eg seal at the top of the pressure level to the standpipe, valve inserts) and partly the entire sealing head. Please refer to the pictures or the Rock Shox spare parts catalogs for the exact contents of the kits.

As of 2017, the service kits of new Rock Shox products will be named after service time intervals. Basic and 50h service kits include only seals for the air chamber, full and 200h / 1 year service kits also include seals for cushioning. Please refer to the pictures or the Rock Shox spare parts catalogs for the exact contents of the kits.

For the air chamber service with the exception of the Vivid Air a strap wrench (oil filter wrench, strap Wrench) is the only more unusual tool, for the damping service and the Vivid Air you need some special tools - if you are not sure if you have everything, ask us!
