Campagnolo's solution for oversize bottom camps

Campagnolo® firmly believes in oversize bottom bracket housings, but they have, according to their habit, instead of following the others, taken their own path that leads to the best results.

An oversize version of the Ultra-TorqueTM crankset would have distorted and lost all the features that have made them the preferred set in cycling in recent years. At Campagnolo®, they decided to use the quality of the project and to modify only the cups.

The new built-in Ultra-TorqueTM OS-FitTM bearings serve as the seat of the bottom bracket as the well-known Ultra-TorqueTM threaded bearing shells and replace them to make the Ultra-TorqueTM crankset fully compatible with 86.5 mm wide bottom bracket housings or BB30 housings.

In addition, a weight reduction of 20 grams compared to the standard bearings was achieved.
