Let's get something clear: The Stumpjumper EVO Alloy is not a "normal" trail bike. It is built for tough trails, for gnarly stuff. It shares the same brand new design with its carbon brothers: adjustable head tube angle, 150 mm suspension travel tuned for performance, integrated SWAT™ box and the flexibility of S-sizing. All of this is combined in the light yet robust M5 aluminum frame. With the Stumpy EVO Alloy you will rock trails that you have previously only dared to tackle with a downhill bike.

• Even the longest suspension travel is useless without the right tuning of the shock and the right kinematics. That's why the design of the new Stumpjumper EVO prioritizes the performance of the kinematics. With the knowledge gained from the Enduro's chassis design and more than 1,000 hours of development work on the trail and in the chassis lab, we have significantly improved pedaling efficiency uphill while creating a powerful, efficient and lively bike that every rider longs for. We have also increased the anti-squat value so that the chassis resists bobbing better. Square obstacles are swallowed up with ease, which means less speed is lost. This bike can be shredded in any style
• The geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is our most progressive yet with S-sizing. Long, low, flat, a fork with little offset, a steeper seat tube angle - these are the requirements for modern mountain biking. However, different riders have different requirements for their bike, which is why the geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO can be individually adapted to your needs with six different settings. Not only can the bottom bracket height be changed by 10 mm, but also the head tube angle by up to two degrees. And all of this independently of one another. If you want to ride a 27.5" rear wheel with the EVO in combination with a 29" front wheel: No problem, there is the perfect setting for that too
• Rider-First Engineered™ ensures that the bike's characteristics remain approximately the same across all frame sizes. Incredible handling and flawless performance are guaranteed regardless of frame or body size. Whether you're an S1 rider who likes to jump over everything or a downhill-addicted giant on his S6 bike, you both share the same riding experience: cornering like on rails and balanced stiffness between the front and rear wheels at a shockingly low weight
• When we introduced the SWAT™ Box on the Stumpjumper in 2016, we freed up the storage space in your frame for all the essentials you need when you're out on the trail and you say, "Oh sh*t!" A pump, spare tube and mini tool all fit together, eliminating the need for straps on the frame. On the new Stumpjumper, we kept the same design features, but increased the volume and added a SWAT™ bladder. This lets you carry an additional 650ml of water. It's like having a small water bottle hidden in your downtube.
