Cento1 Hybrid consists of a monocoque carbon frame and fork, manufactured using the same composite materials and technologies otherwise reserved for their high-end competition bikes. The frame geometries of the Cento1 Hybrid come from the NDR family, racing endurance bikes that require less strenuous postures, but at the same time are clearly geared towards the requirements of racing.

The components built into the Cento1 Hybrid are standard road bike parts, such as hydraulically operated disc brakes, a Shimano 11-speed group or high-profile aluminum rims. The only part that differs from standard road bike equipment is the rear wheel hub, which houses the drive unit for the pedal assistance. The energy required for motor operation comes from a battery perfectly integrated in the down tube of the frame. The system is controlled (switching on/off and monitoring) via a switch built into the top tube, with which the various support modes of the Cento1 Hybrid can be selected.

The intelligence installed on board the Cento1 Hybrid is capable of recognizing and overcoming the rider's limitations, assisting the cyclist at the right moment with the motor. There are several options to deploy and control the system. The simplest way is by simply operating the control element integrated in the top tube. By pressing the backlit button, you can switch the system on and off and select the desired support level.

On the other hand, if you prefer more intensive interaction with the system, you can download the corresponding EBIKEMOTION APP from the AppStore or PlayStore, which takes you to the "command center" of the system. The app offers access to numerous additional functions: from the simple basic functions of a classic bike computer (display of speed, distance covered, remaining charge level, gradient, etc.) to complex functions (navigation management and trip programming, data recording, weather alerts, etc.).

However, the intelligence of the Cento1 Hybrid does not stop there: it can play an important role, for example, in monitoring the heart rate. If the system is paired with a heart rate monitor, a maximum heart rate that cannot be exceeded can be preset. If the entered threshold is reached while driving, the system activates the activation of the motor until the heart rate drops below the threshold again and without the driver having to stop pedaling.
