Permanent speed comparison

A special feature of the BC 8.0 WL is the permanent comparison between the current and average speed. This is represented by an arrowhead: an arrow up means the cyclist is riding faster than average. An arrow pointing down shows that he is traveling more slowly than usual. Once the average speed has been reached, there is no further notification.

Wireless data transfer

Thanks to the wireless (WL) coded radio transmission developed by SIGMA, cables are no longer required. A radio transmitter attached to the fork continuously transmits the speed measured on the bike to the receiver of the BC 8.0 WL without interference.

Easy to read display

With its 31 x 39 mm display, the BC 8.0 WL is the right size to give cyclists a perfect overview of their data. The large digits are easy to read even while driving. The bike computer is an eye-catcher, whether on a trekking bike, a city bike or even a children's bike.

Weatherproof with long battery life

The BC 8.0 WL is waterproof and weatherproof and therefore ready for use at any time. Cyclists don't have to worry about the battery life of the wired speedometer either. The integrated, replaceable button battery (CR 2032) is sufficient to supply the BC 8.0 WR with energy for well over two years.

Multi-day tours

The BC 8.0 WL measures travel time and distance even on longer bike tours. In this way, the entire route of a multi-day cycling holiday can be easily read off.

Mounted quickly

The handlebar mount for the BC 8.0 WL and the speed sensor can be quickly mounted on the bike with the included cable ties. The bike computer can be easily removed and stowed away at any time.

Easy to handle

Setting and operating the BC 8.0 WL is child's play - one button is all you need. Safe browsing through the functions is possible at any time without any problems.

linguistic talent

The BC 8.0 WR is a little linguistic genius. Seven languages can be selected for the full text display: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish.

Tire size individually adjustable

Thanks to the predefined tire sizes, the BC 8.0 WR can be adjusted effortlessly - from small children's bikes to 29'' bikes. However, it is also possible to enter the tire circumference with millimeter precision.
