One thing is certain, however, that a gravel bike must offer decent speed and good comfort combined with safe handling. But above all, it must be a lot of fun! It rushes into every gap between asphalt roads and narrow single trails and fills them with variety and adventure. Designed from the very beginning for use on gravel, the Terra is anything but a converted racing bike or a slim mountain bike. The Terra IS gravel. Tire clearance

With various wheel and tire options, the Terra will take you further when traditional road bikes stop. This bike loves challenging terrain and offers you a much larger radius.

For fast tours and efficient propulsion on gravel roads, the Terra can be equipped with 700x45C tires. And if you want more comfort, puncture resistance and grip, go for 650x2.1.

Compatible groupsets

Since Orbea has completely redesigned the frame, they were also able to tackle a problem that many gravel bikes have: the limitations in terms of tire clearance when choosing different crank variants.

Thanks to the asymmetrical chainstays, the Terra allows the use of single chainrings of any size as well as double chainrings of any combination.

Comfort and control in all situations

The angles and dimensions have been specifically chosen for each frame size so that the bike offers maximum riding comfort. Orbea has carefully adjusted the stiffness of the frame so that the Terra can handle rough terrain without draining your energy. The Terra wants to conquer the trails with you.

Seat tube

Thanks to the shorter seat tube and the slightly more relaxed seat angle, the 27.2 mm seat post can give better.

Orbea has also carefully used a little less material at the bottom of the seat tube near the bottom bracket to perfect the stiffness. These two measures ensure better vibration dampening and more comfort.

Terra Fork

With its stable crown, longer fork blades with a rounded profile and the OMR carbon monocoque construction, the Terra's fork offers the best mix of comfort, tire clearance and torsional rigidity.

Multi-Mounting System

The Terra has mounting points for mudguards and three bottle holders.

LOCKR

The Terra's carbon frame features a storage compartment hidden in the down tube. Located behind the bottle cage, it has space for a spare tube, pump or CO2 cartridge, and a selection of tools.

Everything is easily accessible yet safely stowed away, with space for a snack or your keys.
