Maximizing performance and security

The Cytal Carbon is the result of the constant search for new ways to maximize performance and safety. The road bike helmet brings new methods and technologies to guarantee speed and safety.

Using production methods normally only used in luxury sports cars, POC has integrated a carbon wing into the helmet. It improves aerodynamic properties, keeps weight low and allows for a more even distribution of impact energy across the entire helmet.

Introducing new modeling and simulation methods during the design process opened up new ways to test the design and push the boundaries of what is possible in a helmet in terms of speed, safety and performance. The result: a new approach to what keeps you safe.

The helmet is more open at the front, allowing more air to enter the helmet. This improves ventilation and reduces air resistance. An adjustment system that extends from the temples to the back of the head makes it easy to find a safe and comfortable setting.
