The bike industry is going through difficult times. We are also facing new challenges and have been under provisional insolvency administration since 18.12.2024.
We see this as an opportunity to rebuild and are working hard to be fully available for you again in the future and better than before!

You can continue to shop from our current range and we will deliver the goods to you within the usual delivery times.

Our store in Kronberg and our workshop are open as usual.

All returns for orders from 18.12.2024 can be processed again, we are working through them step by step.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns from orders placed before 18.12.2024: In this case, please contact the provisional insolvency administration (mail@hgw.de).

Gift vouchers can currently neither be purchased nor redeemed.

We are currently unable to process complaints. We ask for your patience.
